Our client, based in the UK is a specialist regenerative medicine and device company which has developed an exciting, unique and patented technology with multiple medical applications.

The company expects to see a rapid growth in the number of projects based around its delivery platform, with the need to perform multiple overlapping pre-clinical, clinical and commercial supply projects over the coming years.

Key technical and operational activities including process development, quality assurance, purchasing, planning, logistics and the internal and external manufacturing network will initially be grouped together, under the leadership and guidance of a new member of the senior management team – the Production Director / Technical Operations Director.

This is a new and permanent position within the company, although the appointment of an experienced Interim Manager will be considered, particularly if he or she would be open to a subsequent transition into a permanent position of employment.

This is an exciting and challenging role and offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a company’s growth and development.
